MYCO Construction Services has performed various projects at my home over the past few years. After several years of problems with the roof leaking and door jam rotting, I contracted MYCO Construction to replace the existing roof with a new copper roof which was coupled with exterior dryvit work. Also in this area, the leaking cantilever balconies needed to be enclosed at this point. The copper roof was installed, flashing into the balconies and also into the house, which is where the dryvit work was necessary. New sky lights were also installed. A new exterior door was installed in this area.
In 2oo9, MYCO completed an extensive two-story replacement window/dryvit project. The existing two story windows had water leaks for several years, which caused exterior wall rot. The LVL between the two story windows had decayed behind the dryvit, leaving the wall weak. MYCO replaced the existing windows with Atrium windows and replaced the rotten wood. The dryvit needed to be replaced and a new trim design was implemented, which made the finished project exceed the original windows design.
MYCO has performed smaller projects for me, such as installing solar roof vents, replacing damaged duct work, repairing a water leak and damage in the crawl space which included insulation work, and installing a concrete walk.
Mike Holson, owner of MYCO, takes a personal interest in every job, large or small. He is present to answer any questions and explain in detail the entire scope of work.
